The cottage is handily located for both the popular Norfolk Broads – perfect for hiring a boat with the kids and enjoying a day out on the water – and for the Norfolk coast, including the traditional seaside town of Cromer which is ideal for a fish and chip supper on the beach. National Trust properties like Felbrigg and Blickling Hall are a short drive away.

ACCOMMODATION AND PRICES
This is a beautifully presented converted barn, with oak floors and a spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner bursting with character. There are two bedrooms – one king-size with en-suite and one twin – plus a sofa bed in the lounge providing an extra two beds if needed. For an idea of prices, the property costs around £2000/week for a family of four in the summer peak.
CHILD FRIENDLY HOLIDAY FEATURES
There’s plenty of safe outdoor space here, including a large, enclosed and private lawn and patio area with table and chairs and BBQ. Children of all ages will enjoy the large shared indoor heated swimming pool, adjacent to the barn. And there’s a charming outdoor children’s play area near the pool – perfect entertainment for little ones while mum and dad relax in the sun!
PARENT FRIENDLY HOLIDAY FEATURES
This holiday provides spacious, clean, parent friendly accommodation with underfloor heating. The property is surrounded by open fields, farm animals and unspoilt views. There’s a shared utility area with washing machines and tumble dryer, and it’s just a couple of miles to the nearest shop, pub and beach. Travel cots and high chairs are available to borrow if needed for your little ones. There’s free WiFi available throughout.
