ACCOMMODATION AND PRICES

There are 30 self catering cottages in total at Celtic Haven, each sleeping between two and twelve people. The whitewashed cottages are full of charm and character, with several situated around an attractive courtyard; there’s also a more modern courtyard of newer ‘seaside style’ cottages. The cottages are all furnished to a high standard and appear welcoming and homely. Prices are equally attractive, with a week for two adults and two children during the summer peak costing around £1200. Off peak, the same holiday is likely to cost more like £800.

PARENT FRIENDLY HOLIDAY FEATURES

Celtic Haven has its fair share of features for mum and dad, too. As mentioned above there’s a nine-hole golf course with fantastic views over the coast at which guests can play unlimited rounds free of charge, and the swimming pool complex also benefits from an infrared sauna and hot tub for a perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. Guests can also take advantage of the on-site spa with seven individually styled treatment rooms and a total of 80 spa treatments available, and there’s also a fully equipped gym to work up a sweat beforehand. For the nights when you don’t fancy cooking at home, there’s a cliff-top restaurant – including ocean terrace with headland views – to tempt you with a range of home-cooked produce. Making life easier throughout your stay you’ll find that every cottage at Celtic Haven comes fully equipped with baby and toddler equipment including cots, high chairs and stair gates, and for those with younger toddlers, some of the cottages have safely enclosed gardens (check before you book). Similarly, some of the cottages allow pet dogs to stay, and there’s WiFi available throughout.
