ACCOMMODATION AND PRICES

There are five luxurious properties to choose from at Lavender Hill Holidays.  The smallest, Cornflower Cottage, is a cosy two-bedroom barn conversion sleeping four plus a child/baby: perfect for couples or young families.  It also has a private wall-fenced garden and seating area with BBQ.

Traditional stone-built Cherry Tree Farmhouse sleeps eight (plus two children and two babies) and offers comfortable and modern accommodation with five bedrooms, great socialising spaces and large garden. Meanwhile, magnificent Lavender Barn – a sympathetic and luxurious barn conversion with large sitting room and superb shaker-style kitchen – sleeps up to 12 people (plus two cots) across six en-suite bedrooms.  It also has a private games room with pool table, additional TV for games consoles, and its own cinema area.  And best of all: a private indoor heated swimming pool!

Lavender Hill Holidays also offers two incredible treehouse properties perfect for families seeking a really memorable place to stay.  Nestled in the boughs of two mature lime trees, Apple Tree House sleeps five adults (plus child and cot), while the Tree House sleeps two adults and three children.  Both treehouses provide high quality holiday accommodation finished to impeccable standards and with extensive decking areas to enjoy in addition to comfortable bedrooms and a family bathroom.

For an idea of prices, a family of four staying in Cornflower Cottage during peak summer holiday season can expect to pay around £1500/week; or, £2500 for the same length holiday in the Tree House.  Lavender Barn costs £6400 at this time of year, though evidently is large enough for several families to share and benefits from some brilliant additional private facilities.  Prices fall at less popular times of year, and short breaks are available too.

PARENT FRIENDLY HOLIDAY FEATURES

Every property at Lavender Hill Holidays comes with its own private hot tub – a Parent Friendly Stays favourite, and the perfect place for mums and dads to relax in the evening once the kids are in bed.  Or, in our experience, also a great bit of fun for younger visitors too; you might struggle to get them out!

There are cosy wood burning stoves in every holiday cottage and treehouse too, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere even during colder periods.

There’s a delightful community owned pub within easy strolling distance of the accommodation, providing the perfect stopping space for an afternoon drink in the sunshine or an easy family dinner.  Or, make use of a recommended private chef who’ll create tempting food in the comfort of your holiday home or provide delicious ready meals to eat when you’re ready.  And why not order one of the farm’s very own meat boxes packed with local produce so it’s waiting in your freezer when you arrive?

EV charging is available, as is WiFi.  Well behaved dogs are permitted to stay by prior arrangement.
